It’s probably no surprise to you that this time of year we see a lot of stressed out skin. Long days running errands, more nights out than usual, and that extra glass of wine end up taking their toll around the holiday season. We’ve put together a few of our favourite tricks for how you can keep your glow this month and into the New Year.
- Drink lots of water. All organ systems function better when you’re getting your daily intake of fluids (and this will help battle any dehydration from all those festive cocktails you’ve been imbibing) – the skin is no exception.
- Make an Eye Treatment part of your daily skincare ritual. The first place you show signs of stress and lack of sleep is around the eye area. Our soothing eye treatment will help to thicken and hydrate the look of the skin while promoting collagen production: reducing blue tones and the signs of aging while brightening the overall look of the eyes.
- Apply Mask 4 or more times per week. During the rest of the year, applying mask this frequently is not necessary, but during times of stress it can really make a big difference. Apply before or after a big night out and you’ll notice a huge difference in the improvement of dull skin, acne and other sensitivities. Your skin will be positively glowing.
